Our Project Portfolio
Utah State Correctional Facility
Principals of the MH Group provided program management services for the State of Utah on this 3,600 bed facility. This project houses all the State's classification of incarcerated individuals including females. There is a dedicated medical and mental health unit, in addition to space for female incarcerated individuals to give birth. This provides the ability for mothers to be with their newborns immediately following birth.
Northwest Indiana Correctional Facility
The MH Group is providing owner’s representative services for the State of Indiana on the Northwest Indiana Correctional Facility. This facility is a 4,200 bed facility that replaces the existing Westville Correctional Facility.
Iowa State Penitentiary
Principals of The MH Group provided Construction Management Services for the State of Iowa for the Iowa State Penitentiary in Ft. Madison, IA. This 800 bed facility replaced the existing state penitentiary that was built in 1839. The new facility is a state of the art facility that has a dedicated space for mental and medical incarcerated individuals.
Correctional Institution for Women
Principals of The MH Group provided construction management services for the 888 bed Iowa Correctional Institution for Women. This facility renovated a campus that was originally built as a female boarding school and integrated concepts that provided conditions that were more conducive to rehabilitation and prepared incarcerated people for release.
State of Oklahoma
The MH Group provided facility assessment services for the State of Oklahoma on the Lawton Correctional and Rehabilitation Facility. The state was in the process of purchasing this facility from a private prison company and was in need of a complete assessment of the facility. With the clos of the project weeks away, The MH Group completed this on site assessment and associated report in one month. Following receipt of this report, Oklahoma was able to close on the project on the scheduled closing date.
Hawaii (Women’s Community Correctional Center)
The MH Group has been selected by the Hawaii Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation to be their owner’s representative. We have entered into a 5-year agreement with the department and are currently working on the Women’s Community Corrections Center Kitchen replacement in Kailua, HI on the island of Oahu and the Kauai Community Corrections Center relocation project in Lihue, HI on the island of Kauai.
Healthcare Projects
Sutter Health
The MH Group is currently providing staff augmentation services for Sutter Health in Northern California. Our team is working with Sutter Health to plan, organize, execute and occupy misc spaces within Sutter’s portfolio of facilities.
IU Health
MH Group personnel provided program management services for the Indiana University Health Medical Center Campus, Indianapolis, IN: A $2.6 billion, 2.2 million SF medical center campus including a hospital and associated buildings situated on a 40-acre campus.
This is IU Health’s flagship 2.2 million ft² hospital and associated buildings on a 40 acre downtown Indianapolis campus.
Stanford Health
MH Group personnel provided program management services for Stanford Health Care, New Stanford Hospital, Palo Alto, CA: A $2.1 billion, seven-story replacement hospital including 368 patient rooms, 17 operating rooms, 11 interventional radiology/image guided rooms, five MRI suites, expanded emergency department, executive leadership suites and a new four level parking garage.
Santa Clara Valley Medical Center
MH Group personnel provided program management services for Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Bed Building 1: A $470 million, 370,000 SF new LEED Gold hospital tower that housed inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation therapy for traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries, aquatic center, 32 intensive care beds and 136 acute care beds, pharmacy, cafeteria and conference center.
